Why I Don't Care Who's Natty Or Not
Over the years, I’ve spent more time on YouTube than I’d like to admit…
And one of the biggest trends on that time-sucking website was the whole ‘natty or not’ topic where people would try to figure out which fitness personality was using ‘special supplements’ or not.
They’d dig up old photos and videos, compare that to recent ones, put together a timeline of progress, and come up with their conclusion.
And in most cases?
They’d conclude the lifter-in-question was using some ‘extra help’ to achieve their physique, simply because they were bigger and leaner than average.
While it was mildly entertaining for a bit, it was a big distraction for millions of viewers and didn’t help anyone get closer to their goals.
And this is exactly why I do not care who is natty or not.

Yeah, it’s probably not a good idea to take advice from someone who’s lying about something like that…
But at the end of the day, the same diet and training principles apply whether the advice-giver is using muscle-building-needles or not.
You’ll still have to:
-Train hard and smart with key exercises to build muscle
-Eat the right amount of food to support your current goals
-Be consistent enough for long enough to see progress
-Rest, recover, hydrate, etc
